What you will do

• Coach team leads on management methodologies, monitor KPIs, and implement best practices for production team performance.
• Analyze production variability patterns, trend data, and support corrective measures across manufacturing lines.
• Lead root cause analysis using DMAIC, develop CAPAs, and provide hands-on field support for issue resolution.
• Ensure VQD compliance through proper documentation.
• Streamline documentation processes, optimize ancillary activities, and identify simplification opportunities in workflows.

Requirements

• 4-6 years proven experience in production supervision within manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
• Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, food processing, or automotive preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (DMAIC), production KPIs, CAPA processes, VQD standards
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, statistical analysis software
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish; leadership, analytical thinking, collaboration

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with pharmaceutical GMP environments
• Knowledge of Spanish labor regulations and safety standards
