Support Worker

TL;DR

Salary: £12.50 per hour plus £75 per sleep-in, average £32,000 per year.

What you will do

• Understand and support individuals' needs to help them live independently.
• Provide emotional and practical support tailored to their preferences.
• Work one-to-one and collaborate with families and external agencies.
• Handle varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
• Take responsibility and stay calm during difficult situations.

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving license required.
• Commitment to empowering people and promoting independence.
• Ability to work flexibly across all shifts and sleep-ins.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to engage with families and outside agencies.
