Graduate Consultant - Expression of Interest

TL;DR

Graduate Consultant (Advisory): Provide administrative research, business development support, and contribute to project deliverables, bids, and planning with an accent on consulting skills development and stakeholder engagement. What you will do

• Provide qualitative and quantitative administrative research and business development support to senior leaders.
• Contribute to report writing, bids, proposals, project brainstorming, planning, kick-offs, and set-up.
• Own and manage dedicated project management tools ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Respond to and anticipate internal stakeholders' needs timely.
• Support the Advisory team in delivering high-quality bid and project deliverables.
• Participate in active client projects and teams delivering unique outcomes.

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship required to obtain Security Clearance.
• Recent or upcoming University Graduate from Business, PPE, International Relations, Project Management, Commerce, Law, National Security, Economics, Science or similar.
• Previous work experience (full-time, part-time or casual).
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Strong organisation, time management, and ability to work proactively in deadline-driven environment.
• Proven experience working independently and in teams, with problem-solving and lateral thinking.
• Service-focused mindset for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
