What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex health transformation projects, managing project plans, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop Senior Consultants and Analysts through on-the-job coaching and performance feedback.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, influencing decision-making and navigating political nuances.
• Drive commercial success by leading proposals, tender responses, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a professional network within the Western Australian health and government sectors.

Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in management consulting or transformation project delivery.
• Must be based in Perth with a strong understanding of the local business context.
• Proven track record of managing teams, owning project financials, and delivering high-pressure engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage project scope and margins.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills for executive-level reporting and workshop leadership.
• Experience in the health or WA government sector is highly preferred.
