Senior Embedded CUDA Software Engineer (Defense Radar): Research & Development and production software for next-generation radar products with an accent on system integration on COTS hardware and support for deployed capabilities. Focus on near-real-time embedded software, radar modes & algorithms, signal processing, target detection, and tracking.

Location: Full-time onsite in Hawthorne, California, United States. U.S. Person status required to access U.S.-only data systems.

Salary range: $145,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Develop R&D and production software for next-generation radar products.
• Integrate software on mostly COTS hardware.
• Support deployed software for U.S. and international customers.
• Collaborate on multiple product capabilities and expand skillset across product families.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related
• 10+ years in professional object-oriented software development
• Extensive Python experience
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, CI, and TDD
• Work with minimal supervision on small teams
• Solid Linux experience; U.S. Person status required

Nice to have

• Near-real-time embedded software and CUDA
• C++, Rust, NodeJS, Java, Go
• Ground/Airborne sensors (Radars, EO/IR, EW), radar algorithms, signal processing
• DoD security clearance
• Networks, SDRs (Ettus), advanced time sync, git, containers (Docker), cloud/virtualization
• BIOS/Secure Boot/TPM, drive encryption, 2D/3D visualization (SIMDIS)
• DoD architectures (OMS, SOSA, Link-16), modeling/simulation (DIS, VR-Forces, AFSIM)
• Production SW with DevOps/DevSecOps/CI/CD, full lifecycle high-TRL systems, HW/SW I&T/V&V
