What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate hazards and risks in mission-critical systems
• Develop System Built-in Test (BIT) architecture and reliability models
• Perform Reliability and Maintainability Predictions, FMECA, FMEA
• Conduct System Hazard Analysis (SHA), System Safety Assessment (SSA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
• Lead reliability, supportability, and root cause investigations
• Develop maintenance strategies, diagnostic tools, and procedures
• Establish project reliability plans and system safety analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in reliability engineering, failure analysis, or related role
• Strong understanding of reliability principles: FMECA, BIT, root cause analysis, systems safety
• Experience with RF systems and product life stages
• Experience in agile startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in STEM
• Systems engineering with requirements, design, integration, and test
• Experience with defense electronic sensor and radar systems
• Proficiency in statistical methods, data analysis, statistical software
• Software programming (C/C++, Python, Matlab)
