Application Engineer (EW/RADAR - Southeast)

Application Engineer (EW/RADAR): Provide technical support for RF and microwave Test and Measurement instruments in advanced EW/RADAR solutions with an accent on pre/post-sales support, customer demonstrations, and consulting for RDT&E. Focus on developing and delivering technical seminars, training sessions, and providing feedback to product developers.

Location: Ideally based in or near Fort Walton Beach, FL or Atlanta, GA. Candidates must reside in the US and be a US Citizen. Ability to travel 30-40% primarily within the Southern US, with occasional US & international travel.

Total compensation: $131K-$175K

What you will do

• Provide technical support for RF and microwave Test and Measurement instruments
• Offer pre/post-sales support, including customer demonstrations
• Act as consultant to customers in RDT&E of EW/RADAR solutions and techniques
• Develop and deliver technical seminars and customer training sessions
• Provide technical feedback to product developers

Requirements

• B.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years working directly in EW/RADAR
• Experience with test equipment including Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Vector Network Analyzers
• Experience in test and evaluation of advanced EW/RADAR systems
• Knowledge of advanced EW/RADAR system requirements, techniques, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel 30-40% primarily within the Southern US
• Reside in the US and be a US Citizen
