What you will do
- Lead technical response as the primary lead for grounded assets to restore service with urgency and precision.
- Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for aircraft, droid, and dock systems using diagnostic tools.
- Manage 24/7 shift operations, including on-call duties, emergency response, and comprehensive handovers.
- Coordinate escalations to engineering support and maintenance teams via work orders and technical handoffs.
- Analyze logs and performance metrics to identify patterns and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with FAA Part 135, CAMP requirements, and repairman certification standards.
Requirements
- Technical background in mechanical, electrical, software, mechatronics, aerospace, or systems engineering.
- Experience with systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis in high-stakes environments where downtime is critical.
- Proven ability to lead technical responses and coordinate cross-functional teams under pressure.
- Capability in log analysis, performance metrics, and basic scripting or SQL for troubleshooting.
- Eligibility to work in the US.
- Ability to work 24/7 shift operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Technical writing experience creating troubleshooting guides and procedures.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations across different time zones.
- Proficiency in automation, script development, or system integration.
