What you will do

• Lead technical response as the primary lead for grounded assets to restore service with urgency and precision.
• Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for aircraft, droid, and dock systems using diagnostic tools.
• Manage 24/7 shift operations, including on-call duties, emergency response, and comprehensive handovers.
• Coordinate escalations to engineering support and maintenance teams via work orders and technical handoffs.
• Analyze logs and performance metrics to identify patterns and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with FAA Part 135, CAMP requirements, and repairman certification standards.

Requirements

• Technical background in mechanical, electrical, software, mechatronics, aerospace, or systems engineering.
• Experience with systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis in high-stakes environments where downtime is critical.
• Proven ability to lead technical responses and coordinate cross-functional teams under pressure.
• Capability in log analysis, performance metrics, and basic scripting or SQL for troubleshooting.
• Eligibility to work in the US.
• Ability to work 24/7 shift operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
