What you will do

• Whiteboard concepts and demo them same-day, owning full cycle from idea to shipped product
• Build across the stack: backend, frontend, model orchestration, observability
• Harness frontier LLMs like GPT-5 and Llama for memory, reasoning, and planning
• Bridge research breakthroughs into polished consumer experiences and production
• Engineer for trust with single-digit-ms paths, sandboxed execution, and telemetry
• Prototype rapidly based on user feedback and define engineering standards

Requirements

• 3–8 years shipping zero-to-one or hyper-growth products in fast-paced teams
• At least one live, LLM-powered feature or agent in production
• Fluency across stack: React/Svelte to Kubernetes and GPU queues
• Strong design sense
• Love for in-person collaboration; ready to build in SF

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic systems, tool-use pipelines, or autonomous workflows
• Deep familiarity with LLM serving infrastructure (embeddings, retrieval, context windows)
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Postgres, GPU infrastructure
• Track record prototyping and shipping consumer AI features at speed
• Experience building systems for millions of users
