What you will do

• Conduct mechanical, electrical, optical assembly and testing, including use of vacuum systems.
• Perform bulk and intricate cleaning of parts and assemblies, plus packing.
• Complete electronic records and work with leadership to improve processing times.
• Train other employees per company instructions and grading structure.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and material control policies while maintaining high workmanship.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending measures and supporting new product introduction.
• Adapt to transitions between departments to meet business needs and fulfill leadership requests.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ Level or Technical Certificate and above.
• Previous relevant experience in manufacturing or process-driven environment.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and experience with repetitive, varied, complex work.
• IT competency (e.g., Microsoft packages) and ability to record data in spreadsheets or process control systems.
• Comfortable with test equipment, dexterous with small components, and keen to learn new functionality.
• Actively listens to ideas, willing to try new approaches, and knows how to access information.
