TL;DR

Radar Systems Engineer (Radar): Develop requirements, algorithms, concepts of operations, and system interfaces for radar systems with an accent on integration, verification, and performance prediction. Focus on implementing test plans, resolving hardware/software issues through data analysis, and conducting statistical analysis of radar performance data in simulated and real-world environments.

Onsite: Tewksbury, MA. Active Secret Clearance required to start.

Rate: $60.00/hr - $99.50/hr (W2 contract, depends on experience and benefits)

What you will do

• Develop requirements, algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real-world environments.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluate functionality and impact.
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal performance and verify requirements.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's in STEM and 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with systems software, hardware, requirements, integration, and/or test
• Experience developing scripts and functions with MATLAB
• Experience in developing and managing requirements
• Experience with C++, Python, or similar
• Experience generating technical documentation like test plans, procedures, or reports
• Experience in integration lab, test facility, or field supporting integration/verification
• Experience evaluating systems using simulated environments
• Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
