What you will do

• Test, deploy, and troubleshoot products in the field.
• Understand customer workflows and translate into product/technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize feedback and drive product delivery.
• Design and build new software bridging CHAOS capabilities and customer needs.
• Integrate edge sensor data into customer systems.
• Apply and develop ML/AI solutions using sensor data analysis to improve performance.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, Math, Physics, Aerospace, or related
• Proven programming in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
• Ability and interest to travel up to 25% (higher when needed) to customer sites and LA/DC offices
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment, learning quickly, working autonomously or in mixed teams

Nice to have

• 1+ year relevant experience, especially defense
• Familiarity with data structures, storage, cloud, front-end frameworks
• CLI experience (Git, SSH, Linux)
• ML/AI application to real-world problems
• UK security clearance or eligibility
