hirify.global is building an AI operating system for consumer lending, specializing in AI-driven voice agents for mortgage lenders.

What you will do

• Build, configure, and launch AI agents on the hirify.global platform to handle real borrower workflows.
• Develop production-grade backend and full-stack code using Python, Java, and TypeScript to integrate with loan servicing systems.
• Manage the full agent development life cycle: prototyping, CI/CD setup, live monitoring, and documentation.
• Act as the primary technical face of the company in key accounts, translating business needs into stable deployments.
• Influence the core product roadmap by feeding customer learnings back into reusable tooling.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco.
• At least 1 year of engineering experience and 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages for building APIs and backend systems.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with the ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Confidence working directly with business leaders and engineers.

• Previous experience in a forward deployed or solutions engineering role.
