What you will do

• Build and scale AI-driven workflows and automation systems for cloud operational platforms.
• Develop integrations with monitoring platforms, ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implement LLM integrations using prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic orchestration.
• Build full-stack AI applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js, from dashboards to real-time analytics.
• Create evaluation and observability systems to measure model capabilities and monitor output quality.
• Develop reusable platforms and internal tools to multiply team productivity and accelerate development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack web development.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and production experience with Next.js (App Router, Server Components).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and the Vercel AI SDK.
• Strong backend fundamentals in Node.js or Python and proficiency in relational database design (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sandy, UT, USA.

• Background in evaluation frameworks, A/B testing for AI outputs, or sandboxed execution environments.
• Proficiency with Python (FastAPI/Django) and ML tooling.

• Experience with advanced web technologies like WebGL, WebAssembly, or alternate JS runtimes (Bun, Deno).
