What you will do
- Manage and maintain status reports for the sales team, keeping activities up-to-date and accurate.
- Send and administer contracts with clients, ensuring terms are reflected in company records.
- Work with the Head of Sales network to build and maintain relationships with company contacts.
- Maintain CRM data quality and completeness, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive).
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support role or similar.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn.
