What you will do

• Conduct mechanical, electrical, optical assembly and testing, including use of vacuum systems.
• Perform bulk and intricate cleaning of parts and assemblies, packing, and complete electronic records.
• Train other employees according to company instructions and grading structure.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and material control policies while maintaining high workmanship.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending measures and supporting new product introduction.
• Adapt to transitions between departments to meet business needs and fulfill leadership requests.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ Level or Technical Certificate and above.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or process-driven environment.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and experience with varied, repetitive, complex work.
• IT competency (e.g., Microsoft packages).
• Dexterity with small components.
• Experience with fiber, lasers, or splicing; ability to read specifications from drawings.
