What you will do

• Build and maintain Workfront objects like custom forms, project templates, complex workflows, and approval processes.
• Execute configurations strictly within approved architectural designs for system integrity and scalability.
• Support workflow automation with Workfront Fusion and integrations via APIs with enterprise systems.
• Participate in QA/UAT cycles, defect remediation, and continuous system improvements.
• Identify and flag technical risks or misalignments with solution architecture.
• Maintain clear technical documentation as a single source of truth.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront configuration (custom forms, templates, workflows, approvals).
• Working knowledge of workflow automation and process optimization.
• Basic to intermediate experience with Workfront Fusion (scenarios, logic flows).
• Solid understanding of Workfront system architecture and best practices.
• Familiarity with API integrations and connecting Workfront to external systems.
• Experience with QA/UAT, testing, validation, and defect resolution.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow architectural guidelines, escalate risks, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
