What you will do

• Set up and manage laptops, accounts, and accessories for new starters and offboardings
• Provide hands-on support for day-to-day IT issues across hardware, software, and workplace tools
• Maintain and improve device management (macOS, Jamf) and identity systems (e.g., Okta)
• Support and troubleshoot local network infrastructure and office IT setup
• Help keep the office environment running smoothly, from meeting rooms to shared equipment
• Identify recurring issues and proactively improve processes and tooling
• Collaborate with teams across the company to deliver a reliable IT experience
• Document setups, processes, and fixes for scalability

Requirements

• Comfortable coming to St. Gallen office twice a week
• Around 1 year of experience in IT support or as a generalist, or recently completed apprenticeship
• Confident working with macOS, ideally some exposure to Jamf or Okta
• Solid foundation in IT, including basic security and network understanding
• English spoken fluently
• Enjoy helping others, communicate clearly and empathetically
• Curious, proactive in improvements, flexible with shifting priorities
