What you will do

  • Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, PPC, Snap and ASA, managing budgets to hit CPA, ROAS and conversion targets.
  • Support affiliate partnerships: set up campaigns, negotiate deals, track performance and ROI.
  • Monitor daily performance, run A/B tests, optimise audiences, bids, formats and placements.
  • Develop performance-led copy and collaborate with Design on campaign creatives.
  • Analyse data for insights, conduct competitor research, and recommend strategy improvements.
  • Partner with Product, CRM and Design to enhance landing pages, messaging and journeys.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in paid media, digital or performance marketing (Meta, Google, Snap, Apple Search Ads, affiliates).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise performance.
  • Confident writing short-form marketing copy.
  • Experience managing budgets and key metrics (CPA, ROAS).
  • Collaborative work with designers and cross-functional teams.
  • Curious, proactive mindset for testing and improvement.
