TL;DR

SuccessFactors Systems Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors): Providing technical expertise and support for HR systems including Employee Central, Joule, and Enterprise Service Management with an accent on troubleshooting complex issues, system configuration, and process improvements. Focus on root cause analysis, stakeholder collaboration, system releases, and coaching the team on best practices.

Hybrid: remote with required office attendance in Milton Keynes, UK, at least once per month or as needed for business.

What you will do

  • Act as initial escalation point for SuccessFactors issues, using judgement to resolve complex faults via root cause analysis.
  • Manage triage calls, ticket assignment, and workload prioritization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve service issues and deliver system/process improvements.
  • Design changes, write specifications, configure systems, and manage bi-annual releases and testing cycles.
  • Lead projects, maintain process documentation, and coach team on technical support.
  • Participate in network events to ensure coordination and information sharing.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable and proficient in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration.
  • Proven experience supporting MS Office systems, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience executing system upgrades, testing, and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters professionally and meet SLAs.
  • Experience updating process documentation.

Nice to have

  • Knowledgeable in Joule and Enterprise Service Management.
  • Interest in HR tech advancements like robotics and process automation.
  • Understanding of HR processes, procedures, and legislation.
