TL;DR

Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce): Ensuring the Salesforce platform provides an effective way to process vehicle lifecycles from driver enquiry to termination with an accent on translating business requirements into functional specifications. Focus on optimisation, continuous improvement, change management, reporting suites, and training delivery.

Location: Hybrid in Watford (at least two days or 40% of time onsite)

Salary: £36,225 - £41,943

What you will do

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce development team.
  • Provide 1st line support for technical queries, conduct analysis, audits, and deep dives for improvements.
  • Manage changes through rigorous testing cycles, scripting, and scenarios.
  • Engineer reporting suites and dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify patterns for corrective actions.
  • Deliver functional training and upskill Learning & Development team for business rollout.
  • Support product owners and technical team with operational expertise on business processes.

Requirements

  • Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Skills in Salesforce optimisation, 1st line support, audits, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in change management, testing, scripting, and UAT scenarios.
  • Ability to build reports, dashboards, and analyse data for KPIs.
  • Knowledge of training delivery and business process support.

Nice to have

  • Extensive Salesforce and Business Objects experience.
