D365 CE CRM Lead Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Hybrid (60% office, 40% home). Must be based in the UK and eligible for Security Clearance (UK residency for last 5 years). Offices available in Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham, or Yeading.

Salary: £57,515 – £82,430

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 developers on enterprise-scale projects.
• Develop solutions utilising D365 CE, Field Service, Power Platform, and Power Pages.
• Write C# .NET and JavaScript plug-in code.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage stakeholders and provide high-level user support.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas).
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring other developers.
• Eligibility for Security Clearance: must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years and not left for a period of 30 days or more at one time.

• Experience with Power Pages.
