TL;DR

Support Consultant - 3rd Line (Dynamics 365 Business Central): Providing high-level technical support and system enhancements for D365 BC with an accent on complex issue resolution and technical documentation. Focus on acting as a final escalation point, collaborating with developers, and analyzing functional requirements for enterprise customers.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Must be based in the UK)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

What you will do

  • Act as the primary escalation point for the most complex and high-impact Business Central issues.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, knowledge articles, and handover materials.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to clarify requirements and ensure quality delivery of solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong understanding of Business Central architecture, configuration, and extensibility.
  • Solid knowledge of data structures, troubleshooting methodologies, and system diagnostics.
  • Previous experience working within a Microsoft Partner environment.
  • Location: Must be based in the UK.
