What you will do

• Provide technical and design leadership on high-impact projects aligned with business goals
• Set strategic technical directions for engineering team
• Partner with designers and product managers to build engaging customer experiences
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software solutions
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables as hands-on engineer
• Mentor and influence distributed engineers

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of professional experience building scaled web applications
• Strong proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React
• Exceptional technical design and communication skills
• Experience negotiating trade-offs between product and engineering priorities
• Excellent communication skills
