What you will do

• Take ownership of software projects from scoping to release.
• Collaborate with product team to plan work and guide scope discussions.
• Design efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions using Elixir, React, and related technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and lead collaboration with engineering and QA.
• Research and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay current with industry best practices in design, development, and testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years building modern SaaS applications
• Deep knowledge of Elixir/Erlang or functional language for backend
• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with React
• Proven experience with relational databases, design patterns, and query optimization
• Located in Latam
• Fluent English
