What you will do

• Lead development of production Next.js applications.
• Own front-end architecture and technical standards.
• Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Partner with Product and Design on scope and delivery.
• Contribute hands-on to code and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong expertise in Next.js, React, Node, and TypeScript.
• Solid backend experience with APIs, service architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing scalable application architectures.
• Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
• 6+ hours overlap with US Eastern Time.
