What you will do

• Provide technical and design leadership for high-impact projects aligned with business goals
• Set strategic technical directions and facilitate alignment across teams on goals and timelines
• Partner with Product and Design to build scalable, engaging customer experiences
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software solutions as a hands-on engineer
• Mentor and influence distributed engineering teams

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of professional experience
• Experience building scaled web-based applications with deep business understanding
• Exceptional technical design and communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Ruby on Rails/React
• Ability to negotiate trade-offs between product and engineering priorities
• Excellent communication skills
