Client is an established SaaS company specializing in field sales territory management with deep CRM/ERP integrations, undergoing AI-first transformation.

What you will do

• Contribute hands-on across the fullstack while driving AI-assisted development workflows.
• Transform processes toward AI code generation, better planning, and shift-left validation.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability for engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to boost delivery speed and quality.
• Mentor engineers on fullstack proficiency and AI-enabled practices.
• Provide technical leadership, challenge assumptions, and foster cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years professional software engineering experience with fullstack depth.
• Located in Latam with fluent English.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/React (or similar) and Backend APIs (Node.js or similar).
• Experience in cloud (AWS preferred), system design, microservices, event-driven systems.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) and validating AI-generated code.
• Proven CI/CD, automated testing, observability; leadership in distributed teams.
