What you will do

• Lead the technical architecture for AI-powered relationship intelligence and data-enrichment scoring systems.
• Evolve autonomous conversational AI systems for SMS and phone-based lead qualification and nurture.
• Design a unified contact graph and integrations hub with bidirectional sync and cross-source deduplication.
• Build an AI-driven workflow automation layer involving Smart Actions and Deals Pipelines.
• Drive AI-powered product delivery and shape the next-generation engineering organization structure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including time in senior or staff-level roles.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in AWS.
• Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS), and distributed databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Must be based in Canada.
