What you will do

• Own engineering delivery, allocate resources, and prioritise workstreams with Product Managers
• Line-manage engineers, set objectives, and promote high-performing culture
• Define coding standards, enforce code reviews, and ensure product quality with QA
• Govern releases, improve deployment processes, and maintain reliable cadence
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Architecture teams on planning and initiatives
• Identify process inefficiencies, reduce technical debt, and adopt modern practices

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK required; sponsorship not available
• 5+ years in software development
• Experience leading engineering teams
• SaaS or client-driven delivery experience
• Managing multiple workstreams
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong .NET and web architectures knowledge
• Agile/Kanban experience
• Stakeholder management and organisational skills
