What you will do

• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver world-class experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product, design, infrastructure, marketing, and operations stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.
• Recruit and develop engineers, providing mentorship to help them advance in their careers.
• Drive technical clarity and make critical decisions regarding architecture and technical strategy with senior engineers.
• Contribute to organization-wide engineering initiatives as a member of the engineering management team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and managing teams to ship high-quality products.
• 4+ years of industry experience building user-facing products.
• Experience designing and building user experiences for different form-factors (web and mobile).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and manage complex trade-offs.
• Strong technical acumen to drive architectural and strategic decisions.
• Location: Must be based in London
