What you will do

• Lead and manage the EMEA Field Applications Engineering and Solutions Enablement teams.
• Support sales teams in initial customer engagements and promote data center solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define product specifications and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Develop platform portfolio strategy and roadmap based on technology and market trends.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs for post-sales and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and coach team members to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work onsite in ’s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master’s degree is a plus.
• 18+ years experience in OEM/ODM environments with 8+ years leading teams.
• Expertise in cloud architectures, datacenter components, and AI technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
