What you will do

  • Lead and develop a chapter of data professionals, focushirify.global on performance, engagement, and career growth.
  • Set technical standards, development principles, and engineerhirify.global best practices for data management.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data platforms, pipelines, and foundational capabilities.
  • Balance chapter excellence with delivery requirements in alignment with product and business stakeholders.
  • Attract, retain, and coach top talent to sustain high-performhirify.global team capabilities.
  • Manage HR activities and conduct performance evaluations for chapter members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a people leader in a complex IT environment.
  • Solid understandhirify.global of design patterns, development principles, and engineerhirify.global best practices.
  • Proven experience in Agile ways of workhirify.global.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for coachhirify.global, talent development, and fosterhirify.global a culture of craftsmanship.
  • Comfortable operathirify.global within a large, regulated organization.
