Fullstack Software Engineer (Claims Management): Building complex claims management systems handling €350M+ refunds for 1M+ members across multiple countries with an accent on document processing, claims experience, payments infrastructure, and fraud detection. Location: Anywhere in France, Belgium, or Spain. You must be legally eligible to work in one of these countries. Remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration.

is building a vertically integrated health partner that combines insurance and smart healthcare delivery, serving over a million members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
What you will do
- Join the Claims Management team to build and maintain systems for fast, accurate refunds of healthcare expenses.
- Work on document processing with LLMs to parse 2M+ documents annually.
- Develop claims experience for members across mobile/desktop in 4 countries.
- Build payments infrastructure and source ingestion for quick refunds.
- Contribute to fraud fighting using ML scoring, anomaly detection, and investigations.
- Collaborate in a monorepo environment with daily deployments and distributed ownership.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience building and shipping web applications.
- Experience with TypeScript and Python in cross-platform environments.
- Familiar with modern web technologies and OOP (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#).
- English working proficiency.
- Legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Interest in healthcare technology and leveraging AI for scalability.
