What you will do

• Plan and conduct audits of production facilities, quality labs, and engineering controls across multiple geographies.
• Assess compliance with GMP, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), and HSE requirements.
• Review process controls for product quality, hygiene, traceability, and preventive maintenance.
• Evaluate plant certifications, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify control gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities including automation.
• Prepare audit reports, agree on remediation with site management, and follow up on implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years in Quality Assurance, Plant Operations, or Internal Audit in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Professional certifications such as Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, 22000, FSSC 22000), NEBOSH, CIA, or CRMA.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, BRC, FSSC), HSE, and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40–50%) to plant locations.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
