• Oversee project timelines and ensure efficient task completion and deadline adherence
• Manage and coordinate internal teams while enforcing processes and SOPs
• Streamline workflows using ClickUp and GHL
• Identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvements
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to align on deliverables and expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in project management at a digital marketing agency
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies is required
• US experience is required
• Experience with ClickUp, GHL, and other PM/CRM tools
• Solid understanding of SEO and Google Ads
• Proficient with AI tools for marketing and project management
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
