What you will do

• Lead the quality control team in daily operations and supervision.
• Oversee the full QC process from raw material acceptance to finished product release.
• Implement and apply HACCP, FSSC 22000, and other quality systems.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and regulations like GB 14881, GB 2760, GB 7718.
• Solve problems independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Food Science and Engineering, Food Quality and Safety, Bioengineering, Quality Management, or related.
• 3–5 years experience as Quality/Quality Control Supervisor or higher in food industry; solid beverage preferred.
• Familiarity with food laws and regulations (Food Safety Law, GB standards).
• Proficient in HACCP, FSSC 22000; internal auditor certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Seven QC Tools and full QC process.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and communication.
