What you will do

• Develop portfolio strategy for growth and ideate new journal launches
• Collaborate with other publishers on overlapping Physical Sciences journals
• Build networks with external and internal stakeholders to manage portfolio
• Engage cross-functional teams and customers for innovative journal solutions
• Work with editors, authors, and academic community for high-quality manuscripts
• Monitor quality control, editorial, production, and publishing operations
• Meet objectives on content growth, market share, impact factor, and satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years in journal publishing or related role
• Strong educational background (degree or higher); engineering background advantageous
• Excellent English proficiency, written and oral, for international communication
• Natural communicator able to engage and influence teams
• Self-starter, flexible, and adaptable to priorities
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams
• Skilled at building stakeholder relationships
• Able to identify market needs for business opportunities
