What you will do

• Identify data-driven topics for collections using analysis tools and market trends.
• Engage high-level researchers as guest editors and authors, providing training and oversight.
• Manage collections pipeline to meet ambitious publication targets in alignment with journal plans.
• Collaborate with editorial, data science, and marketing teams for promotion and peer review management.
• Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to new technology for topic modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in STEM.
• Sound knowledge of science, research process, and scientific community.
• Excellent understanding of research publishing landscape.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
• Strategic, commercial mindset with ability to adapt and manage workload under pressure.
