What you will do

• Lead product for search, recommendations, content intelligence, and agentic discovery across standalone, embedded, and API experiences.
• Shape high-intent search relevance, ranking, and retrieval quality.
• Evolve personalized ML models with feedback loops based on user preferences and behavior.
• Design intelligent filtering, categorization, metadata enrichment, and proactive workflows.
• Build experimentation frameworks and ensure explainability in AI-driven experiences.
• Run experiments, analyze data, iterate quickly, and collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and GTM teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience with ML-powered or data-heavy products.
• Owned search, personalization, recommendations, marketplace discovery, or content ranking.
• AI-fluent understanding of ML vs LLM approaches and responsible design for probabilistic systems.
• Data-comfortable, bias to action, grit for ambiguity, clear communication.
• Systems thinking focused on feedback loops, signal quality, and commercial outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, content platforms, or compliance.
