What you will do

• Develop and maintain commodity strategies for motors to support business growth.
• Source, qualify, and onboard new suppliers through audits, contracts, and system registration.
• Manage NPD projects by running bids, recommending suppliers, confirming costs, and allocating orders.
• Build capacity databases and drive sourcing activities like negotiations, dual-sourcing, and VAVE for savings.
• Support SEA localization with ECN approvals and collaborate cross-functionally on data analysis and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, engineering background preferred.
• 5+ years working experience, including 5+ years in sourcing.
• Fluent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English (CET-6 or above).
• Experience in commodity management for motors preferred, cross-functional cooperation, sourcing, supply base building, cost control, negotiation, contract and risk management.
• Project management experience and skills in cost structure modeling.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SRM/Oracle), Excel, and PPT.
