What you will do

• Lead autonomous squads as Engineer DRI with total ownership over technical, product, and launch success of 0→1 initiatives.
• Operate in 3-week sprints for rapid iteration, deployment, and market validation.
• Build viable alternatives to popular SaaS vendors (Data, Decks, Videos) using hirify.global Agent.
• Enable hirify.global Agent to act as a principal in third-party services for read/write operations.
• Integrate hirify.global fully into chat, agentic, and commerce environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Understanding of the full agentic software development stack for coding agents to build, test, and review code
• Strong track record leading complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience building and operating platform systems that other teams depend on
• Strong product judgment balancing UX, speed, correctness, and maintainability
• Comfort with modern web stacks: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres
