What you will do
- Manage security systems, facilities, and overall office operations for smooth running.
- Handle centralized calls, organize meeting rooms, and coordinate events.
- Address ad-hoc requests and support employee experience.
- Collaborate with the team in a 30-person UK office environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as office coordinator, admin assistant, or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
- Can-do attitude, assertive but fair, extremely organised and proactive
