Technical Product Owner (Cloud)

Location: Must be based in the East US, Canada, the UK, or Ireland.

What you will do

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for a critical component of the PartnerOps platform.
• Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, execution, and iterative measurement.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering leads to manage technical tradeoffs, design constraints, and release planning.
• Validate product assumptions and workflows through frequent direct communication with cloud partners and internal experts.
• Define success metrics including billing accuracy, operational efficiency, and platform adoption.
• Ensure platform reliability and data integrity for high-stakes financial and billing operations.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in cloud operations, FinOps, or building platforms for the cloud ecosystem.
• Strong familiarity with cloud billing constructs, marketplace programs, and partner business models (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience in a technical product ownership role, ideally working within the channel/reseller partner ecosystem.
• Technical fluency in cloud APIs and fundamentals with the ability to reason about system architecture.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate product documentation and development.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and translating operational needs into technical requirements.
