TL;DR

Partner Data Analyst (Healthcare): Support customers with fast analytics on EHR data from ~100 million patients, conducting feasibility analyses, summarizing patient populations, and investigating data issues with an accent on efficient data delivery and clinical data wrangling. Focus on translating clinical concepts into SQL queries, collaborating with partners on research analyses, and providing technical support for platform troubleshooting.

Location: Hybrid/remote across the US (must be authorized to work in the United States, no visa sponsorship), optimize for Pacific Time zone (meetings 8am-6pm PT).

Salary: $94,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Wrangling large healthcare datasets and translating clinical concepts into structured SQL queries.
• Conduct feasibility analyses, summarize patient populations, and track data issues.
• Scope customer analysis requests and deliver results using SQL, Python, or R within deadlines.
• Collaborate with life science partners, success managers, and internal teams on analyses and investigations.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot code/platform issues, and teach customers data analysis techniques.
• Deliver customer feedback to inform product roadmap.

Requirements

• Undergraduate/graduate degree in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years experience wrangling/analyzing EHR or real-world data using SQL, R, and Python.
• Experience with large relational databases (millions of patients).
• Knowledge of clinical terminologies (ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC, RxNorm).
• Authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship).
• Cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with unstructured clinical data or NLP outputs.
• Spark/PySpark or Regex query writing.
• Building cohort definitions for research studies.
