Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 USD

What you will do

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement across Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange programs.
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, BI dashboards, and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create a repository of standardized code templates to automate routine tasks and streamline report generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance, product, clinical operations) to ensure tools align with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable, automated solutions to reduce manual effort and improve process accuracy.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct root-cause analysis for encounter data issues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of healthcare data experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working with SQL, R, or Python.
  • 4+ years of experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of data management, statistics, and modeling concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must be based in the United States to support US government health programs.

Nice to have

  • 4+ years of proven experience in government programs.
  • 3+ years of experience working with pharmacy data.
  • Experience with Medicare (Part D), Medicaid, and/or Marketplace Pharmacy Data/Processes.
