Metrology Equipment Technician

What you will do

• Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on KLA, Rudolph, and AMAT metrology tools including SP1, AIT, UV1050, and SEMVision.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform consumable changes, documentation, and training for others.
• Interface with internal and external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability standards.
• Work in a compressed days shift, standing up to 12 hours and handling physical tasks like lifting 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Physically able to stand for long periods, stoop, crawl in confined spaces, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Solid understanding of SPC, 5S, FDC systems and problem-solving skills.
• Follow safety protocols around hazardous chemicals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• AA/AS/AAS in electronics or mechanical discipline preferred; experience in Implant or military training may substitute.
• Able to diagnose alarms, read data, and create action plans with minimal direction.
