Product Communications Lead (AI)

Location: Remote from anywhere on the US East Coast, with required availability in GMT-5 to GMT-4 time zones; optional New York office.

What you will do

• Develop and articulate the long-term vision for human-AI interaction and the products built for developers and businesses.
• Shape narratives for ElevenLabs products, especially ElevenAgents, by connecting product capabilities with emerging needs and trends.
• Lead storytelling and communications for major product launches and run campaigns between launches with product marketing.
• Own security, privacy, and safety communications, including incident response as part of a cross-functional team.
• Produce keynotes, talk tracks, social posts, press releases, and product demos that explain the technology in action.
• Build the profile of technical and product leaders and maintain relationships with journalists, Substack writers, podcasters, technical creators, and other influencers.

Requirements

• Experience running product or technical communications at a fast-paced B2B technology company, or experience building AI or software products.
• Experience leading significant product launches and effective campaigns between launches.
• Exceptional writing across multiple formats, with the ability to turn complex technical topics into compelling narratives.
• Experience working with security, safety, and engineering teams and managing incidents.
• Deep understanding of the independent media landscape and relationships with influential commentators.
• A record of excellence through building products, running high-quality campaigns, or another entrepreneurial endeavor.
• Ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT-4 time zones and be located on the US East Coast.
