Salary: $146,000 - $204,500 (potential up to $233,500 based on performance)

What you will do

• Define and evolve security architecture patterns, standards, and reference designs for secure-by-design product development.
• Partner with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to design secure system architectures including APIs, LLD, and data models.
• Lead threat modeling, security design reviews, and risk assessments for complex product initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership on application security controls like authentication, authorization, encryption, and key management.
• Guide teams in integrating and operating AI/ML-enabled solutions securely.
• Influence roadmaps by aligning security architecture with business, regulatory, and operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in product or application security.
• Hands-on experience designing secure architectures for services, APIs, and data models in complex distributed systems.
• Proven ownership of security architecture for a significant product area or domain.
• Strong technical depth in security fundamentals: secure SDLC, IAM, cryptography, cloud-native controls, AI/ML systems.

• Advanced experience with security architecture patterns at scale in cloud-native environments.
• Track record leading security for high-availability, data-intensive, API-centric systems.
• Experience driving secure-by-design practices including threat modeling and CI/CD security automation.
• Expertise in security controls for AI/ML products, model security, and responsible AI use.
• Data-driven approaches to security metrics, risk prioritization, and telemetry.
