Salary: $146,000 - $204,500 (potential up to $233,500 based on performance)

What you will do

• Define and evolve security architecture patterns, standards, and reference designs for secure-by-design product development.
• Partner with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to design secure system architectures, including APIs, LLD, and data models.
• Lead threat modeling, security design reviews, and risk assessments for complex product initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership on application security controls like authentication, authorization, encryption, and key management.
• Guide teams in integrating and operating AI/ML-enabled solutions securely.
• Influence roadmaps and technical decisions aligning security with business objectives and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent + 5+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in product/application security designing secure architectures for services, APIs, and data models in distributed systems.
• Proven ownership of security architecture for a significant product area or domain.
• Strong technical depth in security fundamentals: secure SDLC, IAM, cryptography, cloud-native controls, AI/ML systems.

• Advanced experience with security architecture patterns at scale in cloud-native environments.
• Track record leading security for complex, high-availability systems.
• Drive secure-by-design practices including threat modeling and security automation in CI/CD.
• Expertise in security controls for AI/ML products, data protection, responsible AI use.
